1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LaborRegister Daily Attendance ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. We respect your business privacy and believe in complete transparency regarding local data management, in-app purchases, and third-party advertising services.

2. Offline Core Data Storage (Not Collected)

LaborRegister does not require account creation, cloud logins, or personal identification to manage your workforce:

• Staff & Attendance Records: Employee names, phone numbers, wage settings, and attendance statuses (Present, Half-day, Overtime, Double Shift, Paid Leave) are stored strictly within local storage on your device.
• Financial Records: Advance payments, payment modes, remarks, and Cash In/Cash Out records remain isolated in your local database.
• Zero Server Storage: We do not operate remote databases to harvest, monitor, or sync your private business records.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (RevenueCat & Apple StoreKit)

When you purchase LaborRegister Pro (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), payments are processed directly by Apple via the App Store. We utilize RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase infrastructure, validate purchase receipts, and unlock premium entitlements seamlessly:

• Purchase Receipt & Entitlement Data: RevenueCat receives anonymous transaction data (such as transaction date, product ID, expiry date, and anonymous app user ID) to determine your Pro status.
• No Financial Data Collected: We never collect, store, or have access to your credit card details, bank credentials, or Apple ID billing information.

4. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics SDKs

To support free tier development and maintenance, the free version of LaborRegister integrates third-party advertising via Appodeal and its mediation partners (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, DT Exchange, Mintegral, Bigo Ads, Meta Audience Network, and others).

These third-party SDKs may automatically collect certain diagnostic and advertising-related technical data, which is not linked to your personal identity:

• Identifiers (Device ID / IDFA): Technical advertising identifiers used to deliver, pace, and measure advertisements.
• Advertising Data: Information regarding ad impressions, views, clicks, and video completions.
• Product Interaction & Diagnostics: Basic app performance data, crash diagnostics, and screen interaction metrics for ad loading stability.

Note: Upgrading to LaborRegister Pro removes all third-party advertisements and disables ad tracking SDKs.

5. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS devices, LaborRegister complies strictly with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We will ask for your explicit consent before requesting the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads. If you decline or tap "Ask App not to Track", you will still receive non-personalized, contextual advertisements.

6. Customer Support & Diagnostics

When you contact customer support or submit feedback:

• Customer Support Data: Any email communication, feedback notes, or feature requests you send are used strictly to provide customer assistance and resolve issues. This data is not linked to your user identity or used for cross-app tracking.
• Other Data (Preferences): App-level settings (such as Dark Mode preference, selected currency symbol, and local filters) are stored locally on your device for smooth app functionality.

7. Device Permissions

The app only requests system permissions required to deliver requested features:

• Files & Storage: Utilized only when you choose to export/import JSON database backups or save generated PDF salary and attendance reports.
• System Sharing: Invokes the native iOS share sheet (WhatsApp, AirDrop, Print, Mail) only when you explicitly trigger a share or export action.
• App Tracking: Prompts the system ATT dialog to allow or deny personalized ad tracking.

8. Data Backup and Portability

Because LaborRegister does not store data on remote cloud servers, you retain full ownership of your backup files:

• You can generate a backup archive using the Backup & Restore feature in Settings.
• Your backup files are stored in your selected local directory or personal iCloud Drive account. We do not have access to these files.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. All operational records reside purely on the local physical device.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app enhancements or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
