            Core Privacy Principle: Your personal attendance records, work shifts, notes, student logs, and salary calculations are stored strictly locally on your device. We do not operate external accounts or upload your personal attendance records to private servers.
        

1. Local Data Storage

All data created inside the app (including attendance statuses, notes, custom date filters, leave balances, and salary rates) is saved entirely within your device's local database. We have no access to this information. If you delete the app or clear its local storage, your stored records will be permanently removed unless you have manually exported a PDF report.

2. Third-Party Advertising & Mediation Services

To keep the core features of the application accessible, we display non-intrusive advertisements supported by third-party advertising networks and mediation platforms. These third parties may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic and device data to deliver, measure, and optimize relevant ad campaigns.

Data that may be processed by ad networks:

Identifiers: Mobile Advertising Identifiers (such as Apple IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android).
Usage Data: Interaction with advertisements (views, impressions, clicks, video completions).

4. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & User Choices

On iOS/iPadOS devices running iOS 14.5 or later, the application requests user permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Users can grant or deny this permission at any time, or modify tracking preferences through device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

5. Device Permissions

The application only accesses standard system features strictly required to perform user-initiated actions:

Document Export / Share: Temporary memory access to compile and share PDF attendance reports.
Internet Access: Used solely by third-party ad networks to load ad content.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any such data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us immediately.
